As with all high technology equipment, automation systems require technicians to use good laboratory practices in using equipment and periodic preventive maintenance visits from factory trained personnel. This automation ‘wellness’ keeps equipment in top running condition, ensuring proper results and maintaining the consistent return on one’s investment. Service and maintenance are a key factor in Dynamic Devices’ competency. Our Technical Support team has the main goal of precise diagnostics, quick response time and customer satisfaction.

Dynamic Devices’ personalized training programs offer customers the hands-on knowledge they need to self support a variety of on site repairs or maintenance that may be specially required by a customer.

Repair Services

Dynamic Devices unconditionally guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year. Servicing of instrument products is offered through our factory repair and direct or representative field service organizations.

A return authorization is required for any products returned to Dynamic Devices for repair. Items returned to the factory require a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number to be accepted from shipper.
