OPERATOR TRAINING

Operator Training provides a comprehensive introduction to the programming concepts and terminology used in the Method Manager 4 software. This course guides participants through the method development process on Lynx hardware using a combination of lectures, in-class exercises, and hands-on training.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to confidently develop and deploy automated workflows to overcome common laboratory bottlenecks using the Lynx robotic liquid handling system.

SERVICE TRAINING

Service Training delivers a comprehensive, hands-on exploration of advanced maintenance, diagnostics, and hardware troubleshooting for the Lynx automation platform. The course focuses on preventative maintenance procedures, component replacement, motion control utilities, and pipetting diagnostics through guided instruction and structured hands-on exercises using Lynx hardware and system software tools.

Participants will learn how to independently perform critical service procedures, troubleshoot mechanical and pipetting-related issues, interpret system configuration and output data, and confidently utilize diagnostic utilities such as Gantry Robot Utility View, VVP Tool Utility, Promotion, and Seyonic Control Monitor software to maintain optimal system performance and minimize downtime.

Intended Audience: New users or long-time users in need of a refresher
